Our bands are carefully crafted and provide resistance through the full range of motion of an exercise. They also help activate and isolate the muscle group. The bands are great for warm up’s and at home workout’s.

Our resistance bands set contains 3 bands in different resistance levels, labeled by different colours (black-light, grey-medium, pink-heavy). Our set is suitable for a variety of exercises.
